One of my favorite games for the fallout series was FO3, Simply due to the fact that all the rest of the series seemed to focus on california and nevada. I know they did this just to build off the original fallouts and the original vault dweller hero, but just going over the rest of the united states would be awesome (I really don't think they will do a country besides the U.S.). I can't be the only one thinking this. I want to explore and see different mutated humans and animals (either by FEV or radiation). Sticking to one area will cause the storyline to stagnate. By going to D.C. the lore and storyline flourished and added in new ways to see the fallout universe. I just want a game without the NCR and the BoS, is that too much to ask?

I know everyone on this site has a certain location they want to see in future fallout games (detroit, boston, new york city, texas, new orleans, miami, etc.) But i would like to see how many other people are sick of the western seaboard and surrounding states.

Dunno what could happen tomorow, but for now we are likely to have some games in west coast and some other in east coast, depending on which devellop it.

Personnally, i tend to enjoy continuity, see how things evolves in decades, with some factions growing in strenghts while other lose their edges, because of their inability to adapt enough.

It would be unlikely to have it if every episode is in the other side of the country/continent.
