does any1 here knows whats up whit this game

i played prt1 on 360 and really like it,so was looking for info about maybe prt2

so there is info that they are making prt2 and there are some video previews that looks Amazing,but it seems like they are already 10 years trying to make this game,i also read somewhere that its NOT gonne come out on 360,but,by now there is already the xbxone,it seems like the people who making this game are only playing this themself and dont have the need to bring it out on the market

i have also read that they are making a prt3 already(while prt2 isnt even out)thats should be more RPG,so maybe people arround here know more about it,because on the internet i really cant find any correct/usefull information
