windows 8 login issues. (something about a service?)

So apologies for the semi vague title, wasnt able to put everything in, welp, apparently as i was logging in today, i was able to get on since my laptop is just my account, which is the admin. So, as my computer is loading up, i get this message about the windows all user install service not being able to run, and this somewhat worries me to be honest, ive never had anything like this happen before, and i know i may not need to worry about it since i am the only one on here, but i am worried that this could cause greater issues down the road. Is there any simple fix to this issue?

This is for installing Metro apps, so if you don't use those, then may even be able disable this service.

One guy fixed it with a complete shutdown then boot.

OR, see this
