For those of us in the US, there is a wonderful, fairly recent channel that is over-the-air, as opposed to a cable channel. Memorable Entertainment Television (http://www.metvnetwork.com/) is a network that airs old shows. Locally, it was picked up by my local NBC station. Maybe it is just that I am old, but I get a kick out of seeing some these old shows.
The Rifleman was a show my older brother and I used to watch religiously
Batman was the same.
Rawhide with a very young Clint Eastwood.
Wanted: Dead Or Alive with a very young Steve McQueen.
Star Trek (of course).
Comedies from the 70's, like Bob Newhart, Mary Tyler Moore, and Rhoda.
It has shows from before my time like Route 66, Mr. Lucky, and The Saint.
They will be airing The Odd Couple and Welcome Back Kotter soon.
I don't want to sound like an advertisemant for the station, but thought I'd share
