Long story short, I went through and downloaded all of http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/users/5534177/?tb=mods&pUp=1 mods, played around a bit and while I'm more or less pleased with the bunch (~2 are borderline overpowered, but one only in combination with .50 explosive rounds (and hella dangerous for yourself, too) and another is on par with the Medicine Stick, albeit faster reloading, slightly better aim and heavier ammo; stomps on the AMR though), the Velociraptor LMG has an "Extreme edition" that's a god weapon and entirely game breaking.
Basically I'd rather NOT resort to a save from before I played around a bit and lose 2-3 hours of gameplay, but I did save a backup just in case.
I'm merely wondering....if it's a weapon mod and I uninstall it, then reload the file, it'll definitely say "data missing." However, I didn't craft the weapon or anything; all that will disappear from the file is the crafting recipes from the workbenches. Is this safe to uninstall it like that and continue with the save, or will such a thing likely lead to a corrupted save?
