I've downloaded Fallout 3 to my computer running Windows 8.1. I got a message that says that Fallout 3 cant be run from the Programs Folder with Windows 8.1 and a suggestion that I move Fallout 3 to the Games Folder. I did so and now when I start Fallout 3 from Nexus Mod Manager or from my PC the opening video(being born) is slow and choppy, freezing right after you pick your gender. Any ideas on how to fix this?
