So I've been working on a custom weapon for New Vegas. Everything on it seems to check out except for one thing: It's invincible. It never degrades. I have its health set to 230, it has a weapon repair list, and I obtained it ingame through the Gun Runners, who can sell the weapon through a script that adds it to the merchants leveled list which adds the gun in at 99 health.

But it's not a 99; it's at 100. When I go to the pause menu, the "Repair" option is greyed out and unusable.
