Martigen needs help

Helloo.

So, back when I was modding F3 I didn't actually get to finish the game. In fact I probably only played around 10% of the way through, even though I'd have well over 100 hours playtime. I spent most of it modding. Same for Oblivion actually... never got to play that either.

Which is why I recently decided to rectify this, and finally play Fallout 3. Naturally, it has to be modded, so I've been scouring Nexus for the mods I want to use, and slowly setting everything up.

But then I came across weather mods and I'm at a bit of a loss. What do you use, and why? So far I've found:

I've tried a lot (but not all) of the weather mods and my favorite is Xepha's http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/10607/?. It sticks close to the vanilla feel and has lots of options via an ingame menu. I like it a lot, playing with the polluted (I think it's called) preset, which makes the game a bit more foreboding overall.

Xepha's http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/16935/? is my favorited dealing with interior lighting. It has less contrast than Realistic Interior Lighting, which gives interior a bit more ambience IMO. But RIL is also good and it's not a huge difference between those two.

For Skyrim I love ENB, but not for Fallout 3 - even without using a preset it changes the overall look too much IMO.

Also, I don't care for darker nights so haven't looked into that (although Dynamic Weather has darker nights at default). I've always found vanilla Bethesda nights to be beautiful.
