This has been bugging M'aiq for quite a long time and he has been wondering... Why can't people on consoles mod their system? It is their system and they should be allowed to do whatever they want to it. M'aiq is just wondering.

Because Microsoft and Sony don't allow it. That's the reason.

Not withstanding the above, the consoles don't run the tools that are needed to make the mods work with the game.

Now, this horse has been beaten into the ground, the funeral has happened, the flies have moved on, and the bones are now fossils. So, I am going to lock this thread as it almost always has some posts about modding the console itself, and we can't have that conversation here.
