Did it ever happened to you to be unable to get a word from a wall? I don't know if it's a factor, but I use Live Another Life.

The Word Walls can glitch, if you have the Unofficial Patches, then that should not be a problem.

However, I don't think you can get the words until you do at least some of the Main Quest (only one of my characters has done the MQ, and that was more than 2 years ago so I don't remember the details)

I use Live Another Life and have not experienced any issues with Word Walls. Why would you finger-point that mod?

What else that I have alters the MQ?

Walls are functional right away; no need to even start the main quest, not even the tutorial.
