How do you balance your game? (Overhaul-related)

Hello everyone,

Forgive me if this is one of those repetitive threads, but I did not see anything via a brief search.

I have been a SkyRe user for a good while, and am considering switching away from the overhaul. I was wondering how people achieve item balance in their games when they don't go the SkyRe route? The Reproccer is pretty slick and after the patches, seems to do a good job shifting values to be in-line with each other. Yet, it would seem to me if I moved away from SkyRe, other install options would lack this ability if I installed a variety of armor mods (Immersive, etc.).

So, I was just wondering what you all do when you install armor/weapon variety mods to ensure that they are integrated as seamlessly as possible. Do you manually adjust the values? Do you modify the stats file and still use the Reproccer? Do you just ignore that OP weapon?

Thanks!

Are you talking values of the items or the power of the items?

Me, I just make my character and the weapons used to provide the balance I want. So, I don't abuse, exploit or sometimes even use the Crafting skills. I also don't power level or chase levels so my character does not grow that fast. Besides, most roles are done by level 25 to 30 and that is when I retire them. I even have a level 54 (55?) character that has been around since 11-11-11 that has not leveled up in the last 6 months (all the skills I use are at 100 and I am not going Legendary)
