I have been playing lately and looking at game play videos of New Vegas. What is the recommended level/Normal level for someone to meet Benny for the first time? I am level 9 and I was told that that was a low level to be of how far I am in the game. Is that true?

Tbh i have met him at so many different levels and it really doesnt matter... Ive met him at level 2 a couple of times

(Tip) if you have A decent speech or have evidence about benny being evil talk to swank and tell him about what benny has done

does not matter. Get a good gun, get evidence against Benny being a stand-up guy for Swank, then kill the moron.

Or play a female character...
