Lockup at level up

On my savegame my character is about to level up to level 9, whenever he does i get the usually level up screen and am able to distribute points and select a perk, but when i hit done the game completely locks up, i have not had this problem before here is my loadlist

i have disabled everything except fook and fwe + their compatibility patches (as they cause the savegame to understandably crash on load if they are off) and yet i still can not figure out what my be causing this, any ideas?

also i do not have this problem on a new game

thanks but didnt work, still having the same issues

Correction, set them last in my load order and it works. thanks for the help

Yeah, I had the same problem. Nobody could find a solution, I just had to make a new character.
