For some reason, no gifs that I upload will move as they are supposed to do. I tried the gif I want as my avatar and another gif. That other gif would not upload because "the file cannot exceed 100kb" or whatever the size is. However, I'm not getting that message when I upload the gif I want for my avatar, so I assume that gif size isn't the issue.
