I have been repeatedly experiencing a strange bug. While walking around Riften, my character will suddenly sheathe his weapon, and then I can't do anything other than move around. I can't activate objects, talk to NPCs, draw my weapon, go into sneak mode, etc.

I have no idea what could be causing this bug, but my guess is that it has to do with the Civil War Overhaul mod. The last leg of the quest was extremely glitchy and I had to redo it several times just to get through it. I finally did, and then I fast traveled to Riften to change my face inside the Thieves Guild. That's when I first started noticing this bug.

I tried reloading my previous save to try to pinpoint exactly where this bug was appearing, but it seems to be different every time.

It seems like the game is trying to force me into a sort of "cutscene mode". Is there a way to regain the player controls through the console?
