UNinstall. UN UN UN, вы понимаете UN?!

I'm ready to give up and go back to Morrowind. Something screwed up my registry so that Oblivion and the construction set no longer worked. Spent 29 hours re-downloading the Direct2Drive version so I could re-install the game. Better to uninstall the current game first, so START, ALL PROGRAMS, Bethesda Softworks, Oblivion, Uninstall Oblivion. Which brings up an INSTALL menu, not an UNinstall menu. Tried START, CONTROL PANEL, Add or Remove Programs, trying to remove it with that I get the same install shield wizard which brings up the INSTALL menu again. And insert a key disk, Direct2Drive version is a download which never had a key disk. Why oh why couldn't they have made a normal install program for Oblivion without using the system registry?! If they had done it the way most game developers do that "unable to load CTL file" nonsense would have been fixable without having to do an uninstall reinstall. :swear:

So you're trying to uninstall the game but it keeps bringing up the installation wizard, is that correct?
