Hello, I've got a couple questions for you all. I'm on about my eighth character. This is the first time I have taken Hakron's offer and become a Vampire Lord because I thought vampires were pretty creepy and I also liked rampaging through Skyrim as a werewolf.

Anyways, I've got my first ever Vampire Lord fully perked out and think it is pretty cool. Now I realize I have not yet finished the Companions quest line with this character. Main thing is I'd like to do is obtain Wuuthrad.

Does anyone know if I can still do the Companions quest line without becoming a werewolf? If I give up Vampire Lord to become a werewolf and if I later become a Vampire Lord again (from Serana) will I still have my VL perk progress, or will I need to start over. Thanks!

unless your on the PC and use mods around this, you must become a werewolf to complete the quest line.

If your on the PC and just want Wuuthrad, you can give it to yourself through the console.

Otherwise all you can do is become a werewolf and cure yourself after the story is done.

I might be wrong on this but I don't think you lose your perks if you return to being a vampire later on.
