Hey guys,

We've had threads like this in the past but since most change their avatar periodically (and also since we get new members coming in all the time) I felt it was about time for us to have another!

So, precisely what the title asks. Who or what is your avatar and why did you choose for it to be the representation of you on these forums?

In my case, it's Adam Jensen from Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Don't know if you guys remember but this was my avatar for quite some time back when the game was first announced and around when it came out as well (probably for a while after that too). Strangely, I really liked the premise of the game and liked the character of Jensen a lot but never actually played it until this year. With my newfound love for the game and the character, I decided to reinstate him as my avatar.

On a more personal level, I feel I can relate to Jensen's jaded and somewhat cynical outlook (though you can choose a lot of what he says yourself, so that doesn't make a whole lot of sense) but the general appeal is something I like.

Apart from him I've had Dante as he looks in the latest DmC and Bob Arctor from A Scanner Darkly as my most prevalent avatars (and Fluttershy from MLP for a brief time too).

My avatar is my Great Dane, Winston. He is the best dog ever. The end.

Mine is Nathan Drake from Uncharted 1, 2, and 3. The avatar is from Uncharted 3, when Nate is standing in front of the plane he just caused to crash in the desert.

I decided it was time to pull off all the mask and costumes and show the forums me as I am.

Might update it with a more artistic version down the line, but it'll still be me.

It's currently back to my old Oblivion character modelling something hideous. Now that I've explained it, I feel obliged to promptly change it again.

Anyway; FINE! I'll do it. I'll use one of my avatars and stop using a single transparent pixel!!! Jeeze, pure pressure.

Ok, my pic is of Zapdos in tradition Japanese art style. I forgot the artist, but the drawing is from a famous enough artist you can Google it. Zapdos also happens to fit my user name here. "Divine Lightning" (except I messed up and didn't use the proper, gender neutral "Divinum" instead).

Created mine before Skyrim was released, I didn't like how the Khajiit looked in the screenshot, so I gave it a new head, or two, couldn't decide which one I liked more, so I animated and alternated between the two heads.

If it's just one letter, I think you can request a change from the mods.
