Random skills increase and others decrease....Annoying : V

My smithing skill was at 30 and when I leveled up, it went down to 15. My block went up to 20, even though i don't use it. Urgggghhhhhhhhhhhhh! I didn't download any mods to do with leveling up or anything except appearance. Please help if you can!

Why is this in mods? The OP said that he has no mods that would cause this issue, only aesthetic mods. :confused:

Are you equipping or unequipping enchanted gear? Any illnesses (the skill will appear red if something is causing it to be lower than it should be)? Skills should not be going down otherwise.

Because only mods could cause this.
