» Thu Apr 24, 2014 7:07 am This is NOT my first playthrough... The first time I came up against this beast i failed colossaly by highly underestimating its power, i mean seriously, its a bloatfly.
THIS time however the tables had turned, i was prepared. I am currently in the middle of a new playthrough so i decided to make this easy for myself.
When i came i came ready:
.A fully modded AMR
.The finesse, Better criticals, Elijahs ramblings, Bug stomper(3), light touch (with sierra madre armor reinforced equipped), lord death (haha) and ninja perks
.10 luck
.90+ in all skills
.Sneak mode (for obvious reasons)
.50mg hand loaded ammo
Talk about OVERKILL!
anyway, long story short, i one-shotted that motherf***** in the head. (i have the sniper perk regardless of barely using vats)
The funny thing is, when looking at the damage that was expected to be inflicted through vats, only like 4 bars of health were going to be affected, but you gotta' love those crit strikes.
So how about you? How was your best/worst/only encounter with this overpowered tank bug?
(unrelated side note- i called my courier tony montana because he loves the chems!)
