Before I begin, I have tried using the forum search, but to no avail. I could not find what I was looking for.

So, in that, I would like to employ the help of the forum. I am having some issues with creating a good build for a small guns/sneaky character. Currently my main problem is appropriate SPECIAL stats. I know agility is very important, along with perception, and strength. I want to balance all of these out and have a nice well-rounded character that can handle a gun and not be killed easily (though, I'm not above lowering endurance stats).

Also, some suggestions on traits to use for this build would be much appreciated.
