So here's what I'm trying to find.. A mod that lets me control the weather and also make the time perminently stay at 7pm. I have Overhaul 3.0 installed and the sunset at that specific time is just amazing. This doesn't have to be one mod obviously, I'd be more then willing to install numerous mods to get this to work. I realize I could set the timelapse to 1 in the console and rest till it's 7pm. But there are two problems to this that I've found..

1. Even when the timelapse is set to 1, the weather still changes as if the time of day is as well.

2. I rest a lot. So if I need to regain Magicka without wasting any of my potions, I'd lose that wonderful sunset.

So would anyone happen to know any mods that keep the time of a day a certain way regardless of time? Or just get rid of mid days and nights all together? Or ones that let me control the weather so those damn thunderstorms don't ruin my fun? I've alreadt tried Morrowind Weather Rings and it didn't seem to work.

Or if anyone can instruct me on how to work any of this in the MW CS, it would be much appriciated.
