Im currentlly trying to do the Hard answeres quest but i cannot talk to Enthir when i go near him he says stuff but ont let me click on him to open the chat. its making me not want to play skyrim ever again.

i have not started the civil war or talked to the grey beards yet- im not sure if that is the problem. what kind of mod's could break him? i do not think the mods i use would do that.then again i had lock boxes poof from riften

Any help would be apreciated

only thing i did before that was ii used emperors's voice a lot to make the npc not attack me other than that i have no idea what to do.
