Is there a way to write a magic description that lists effects in minutes instead of seconds?

How could I manipulate "" to readout in minutes?

From: Target is % weaker to fire damage for seconds.

Unfortunately there's no way to do that

You would have to make separate versions of the effect with different descriptions to match whatever magnitude you give them in the spell (which wouldn't work for enchantments or ingredients though, since they scale at the crafting table)
