Hello. As the topic says I get a blue frame at the edges when I start skyrim. After I have played 82 hours. I didn't change any settings my self. It is as if it is on windowed mode but then I checked if the window mode was checked and it wasn't. I have tried to reinstall it but the problem remains. So I am thinking it has to do with my computer but my question comes here. Has anyone ever had this problem before and how did you solve it? What shall I do? Anything I can do?

You could try disabling in-game anti-aliasing. If that does fix it (unlikely, but no harm in trying), then enable anti-aliasing in your GPU driver and see if it works fine then.
