So I got my other issue figured out (thread containing load order, specs, etc here http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1499550-entering-an-awop-location-casues-ctd-help/)

But now my needs (hunger, thirst, etc) all fluctuate and I cannot pinpoint the cause. Maybe it's my bashed patch but I didn't include anything related to needs or Arwen's stuff in it (except for a WMX patch related to Arwen's tweaks). For example, I can drink out of a fountain and my H2O will go down, but if I drink from a Nuka Cola or water, the animation doesn't show and my thirst doesn't go up/down. I don't know what the issue is, but my load order is in the thread above ^

Also performance. I'm using FNV4gb and some other performance mods, but the thing is... I should NOT need them!

I have 2 Titan Blacks with 6gb VRAM, an i7 3770k @ 4.7ghz and 16gb RAM. What the hell is goin on? It gets unpleasant around Goodsprings but out in the wild and interiors it's fine.

So yeah, tl;dr yeah yeah, but please help, it's just one issue after another with this game.
