Hello, I am fairly new to the Vampire Lord business. I have noticed that my vampire powers seem to come and go. Vampire seduction is fairly hard to predict. I cannot tell exactly how it is gained as I can't draw a conclusion to relate it to feeding or anything else.

Does anyone know how to predict this power? Should I feed/not feed, etc? I looked at UESP and couldn't tell from that. Thanks.
