The best thing you can do, is to buy the PC version: Then you can go to steam library / game properties and choose the desired language.

Once you choose your language it will download the required files automatically, and should take 30-40 minutes. (more or less)

There is a major possibility that Turkish are in there, but except that (if not), you can change your interface to Turkish for sure !!!
