New Profile?

Can I p lay my Skyrim DLCs on different Profiles? I'm planning on making a new character but I don't want to start over on my Gold account.

It should be downloaded, no purchase required after the initial purchase, but i wouldnt know exactly, because i bought Legendary Edition.

Should be absolutely fine if the DLC's are downloaded to your console.

Yes. DLC carries over to second profiles. I did this all the time on the PS3 since I didn't want to risk having multiple character saves on one account.

For some reason or another my dawnguard wouldn't load on any other profile than my own.
