Is unlimited shouting worth it?

Before I commit to the resto glitch for the talos amulet I want to know if it keeps being fun or it gets old? And if I take it off does it reset?

Using an exploit like the restoration loop in the game can cause "unexpected consequences" later in the game. It has been known to break or mess up the leveling system in the game later on too. Honestly, using a glitch like this would not be worth it (in my opinion), because it takes the fun out of the game and also will likely make your character over-powered. Unlimited shouting also makes the game way too easy.

Agree with post above.

If you want to make unlimited shouting it's better just edit the .ini file.

Zero cool down will make you invincible if you have a lot of shout. Just use UF and some elemental shout it will be a viable option for fighting enemies.

Shouting without a cooldown is not as unbalanced as one would expect.

In fact, I would say it makes shouts quite balanced.

If You are on a PC, there are safer ways to get unlimited Shouts.

I like running My two characters that have all of the Shouts in Game and going on a spree, but I think it could become boring if used too much. Some Shouts can glitch a Game if used too often. The "Elemental Fury for Allies" added by the Dragonborn DLC will cause a crash when used in Civil War Battles. This has happened to Me on a PC, and Merari on an X-Box.
