haven't had that many myself (although yesterday my character was fighting what seemed to be the whole forsworn tribe/wolves and a blood dragon).what's the most you have had chasing after you?

Probably like 15 to 20 at one time. I committed a crime in Solitude once and refused to pay my bounty and the entire city guard came after me, plus several of the citizens.

But if you're talking about in the wilderness, probably more like 5 to 10 at one time. I had a bunch of animals and several spriggans attacking me in the Rift.

About 20 I think. I was trying to be a peace loving hippie but well...didn't end well.

Not sure... turning and running leave a clear shot at my back.
