Been getting these for a very long time and I have no idea where they came from. It looks like a crude white cylinder with a red glow. They tend to be in shallow water or near the shore. Any help in identifying a fix is appreciated.

What are your computer specs.

I am thinking it is something that is water based or flora that is by rivers and lakes.
