I've always been wondering if strength requirements affects companions like Boone or Arcade, I always give Arcade Elijah's Advanced LAER+, and Boone Anti Material Rifle+, LAER+ has only 4 strength required, so there is no problem with it, but Boone has only seven strength, so he is one short to have required eight for AMR+, does that mean I gave him the wrong weapon? Does this affact his accuracy with it? Don't get me wrong, but I can only menage to carry around 60k of caps with me, and those bullets are pretty expensive.

p.s They say Elijah's LAER is very frail and it is not good idea to give it to companion, because he will throw it away, well, Arcade gnawed through 250 microfusion cells and LAER is not even scratched, is it bug?
