I don't, although I do have one bedraggled old teddy bear that's been passed around the kids in my family since the early 60's and I'll never let that one go. He's in a special place and occasionally gets taken out when cheering up is needed.

Nah, not a fan of plushies, but I do hope to own a Pyramid Head dakimakura one day. <3

No. I roll around a lot in my bed and I hate having [censored] being in the way. Haven't had plushies in my bed since I was like 6.

Do cats count? They won't leave me alone until I feed them in the morning.

I have a 6 foot long thin pillow that i sleep in that position with sometimes, but it is more for back pain reasons the need to hold on to something in order to sleep.

Nope. I once fell asleep with a booze bottle though.

I sleep with my litte JonTron plushie tucked between my legs. He keeps my inner thighs warm on cold, rainy nights.
