Probably not.
If she was alive then Dawnguard would have been better if it was about her instead of being some twilight meets underworld DLC.

I hope shes still alive I really want to meet her in future TES games.

I think She is likely still Undead. I have not played the first two Elderscrolls Games, but Her being killed should have been mentioned in a Morrowind, Oblivion, or Skyrim Book about Vampires.

She's probably still around somewhere, plotting her revenge on Molag Bal.
