This is for people who think that Bethesda should have worked harder on vampirism and who play the game on console.
Because Bethesda could have made vampirism so much more fun and believable, would you have sacrificed the Dawnguard DLC release for console solely for the sake of having much better vampires in-game? (Not as a replacement DLC, just more effort in the first place or even an update.)
I actually would, myself.
Granted, Dawnguard is very fun to play, but for me it would be much better to simply just have better vampires, with new powers, age or blood based speed increase, levitating, the ability to drain people, thralls, a new set of weaknesses, real sunlight damage, mind control and more. I also would quite like it if they had it so that enemies cannot kill you by normal means without silver, making them have to cut your head off or something.
I mean, I really enjoy the vampirism in Skyrim, but they could have done so much more, I believe.
In case it's not obvious, I'm asking only for console discussion as PC gamers have mods to turn to.
Update: I wasn't suggesting that this was ever a possibility. This is just an idea to see how much people really like Dawnguard. I apologise if this caused any confusion. I only just realised.
