I know this sounds like a pipe dream lol but I'm currently studying marketing (not on a university, I'm still in commercial college) and i want to know if that's possible as a European.

I live in Austria, I know that iF I wanted to work for Bethesda I'd have to move to America (life goal anyways), but I'm not sure if they even hire people from Europe.

Why wouldn't they hire non-Americans? Is it even legal to exclude people from the recruitment process based on stuff like that? Especially if you're already living there.

That said, it is a pipe-dream, and one that probably isn't even worth the effort.
