I've used the method described on Steam forums but I still can't find crash log anywhere. My copy of Skyrim doesn't start because of "failed" ENB installation. Crash log would be a great help for troubleshooting.

There is no such thing as a crash log for Skyrim.

The Papyrus log is just for script debugging, so can help with pinpointing script-related issues, but in the case of improper ENB installation that would be of no use whatsoever.

Did you install ENB & preset following Gopher's guide (ie. using NMM for the preset)?
