Recently i was playing skyrim as normal and i turned it off because i wanted to delete a mod but by accident i deleted the animations folder which is to make your charcter move forward and back etc i tried verifying game cache i reinstalled the game twice it just aint working i spent 10 pounds on that game so i am really annoyed that i can not retrive it can anyone messege me on how i can fix it

you completely uninstalled the game, then re-downloaded and installed it twice?

Are you using any FNIS required animations? If so you will need to launch FNIS and have it recognize the remaining animations.

Have You looked in the Recycle Bin of Your PC for the "deleted" folders from the Mods You tried to remove?

Learn to use a Mod Manager, it can prevent mistakes in the future.
