So far I have noticed missing barrels, the glass trophy case thing next to the alchemy station and the ore chute things under the safes in the cellar. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Is there anything I can do to fix it? I tried removing all the workbenches and then adding them again, but when I go to use them they're still blank like they were when I finished the house.

Falkreath Manor. I built it a long time ago, and then never used. Now that I'm back in it, parts of it are missing. Its really weird.

you talking about Hearthfire's Lakeview manor?

If so, it seems to be just buggy. If you have any saves before you made the house, you COULD try that. really though, as far as i know, Consoles are screwed here.
