Hey, I got really bad performance in Fallout 3, plus my mouse is kinda "off". There's a small delay when I move my mouse to where it actually reacts on the screen.

My computer should atleast handle medium graphics, right?

Intel Core i5 4200 Quad 2.3GHz

Nvidia GT740M 2GB

8GB RAM.

Any ideas how to get better framerate, and fix the mouse lag?
