I bought a legendary edition copy of Skyrim. My question is do you have to be playing on Legendary difficulty in order to be able to reset your skills. Or can you reset them on lower difficulty levels. I apologize if this is a stupid question. However I just started a new character last weekend and would like to see how far I can level him up.

You can reset them on any difficulty when you reach level 100 in that skill.
