Would you like intoxication for alcohol and skooma?

If so, what effects would they have?

Would you be able to find yourself sleeping next to a giant without any clothing?

It was already introduced in Fallout3 and it was just annoying.

But annoying can be good just to make your char grow from

his/hers mistakes.

IF the NPC's got the same, then it would be interesting.
