[This timeline was made after researching various temple documents, journals from Indoril soldiers, the founder of the ordinator faction "Ordinators in Mourning" and various other accounts, it was made to better understand the history of Necrom from it's founding to the current day. - Priest Teris Indaren, head chronicler of the New Temple of Necrom, 4E 197 the third of Morning star.]

1E 700 - Indoril Nerevar, Hortator of the great houses and leader of the Grand Council of Resdayn, died after defeating the Dwemer. Betrayed by his tribunal.

1E 700 - One week later Nerevar's body arrives in Mournhold, people from all the great houses arrive to pay their respects. The entire city is in despair over the death of Nerevar, claims a journal by a priest of Boethiah.

1E700 - A month later a grand temple was built along the eastern shore of Indoril, there the priests and honored servants of Indoril and the Tribunal itself lays Nerevar to rest before his raise to become a Bonewalker.

1E700 - The bonewalker ceremony is complete but according to a journal from one of the priests Nerevar neither talked nor looked at anyone, he also points out the Tribunal is nowhere in sight. Another journal comments on how the Tribunal insisted on forcing Nerevar to wear a golden mask and to have it sewn into his flesh.

1E700 - Several priests and Indoril soldiers wouldn't leave the temple despite orders from their superiors, eventually these priests and soldiers gained praise from most of Indoril.

1E702 - two years passed, Necrom starts to grow as pilgrim come from all over, more tombs are being built by wealthy families of Indoril.

1E712 - The catacombs are finished but the main architect building them talks about how he suspects more and more will be built

1E730 - Numerous people try to buy their way into the catacombs of Necrom, it became so troublesome that fighting broke out in the streets between families. The port opens up and Necrom become a thriving trade port between Dres and the coastal cities of Telvannis.

1E731 - Archcanon Ralyn Sedras, head of the grand temple of Necrom passes a law stating only the most honored Dunmer will be allowed burial rights in the tombs due to the tombs becoming overrun and the violence and feuds starting up between families.

1E1000 - Due to over population Archcanon Garyn Adas passes a law stating that residence in the city will be heavily restricted to only those who earn the right to own property there, many turned away pilgrims seeking residence there are turned away, this ban did however lead to the creation of several farming, mining and fishing communities throughout the region.

1E1002 - large walls now surround Necrom, originally the city didn't require walls since not even outlaws would attack Necrom but due to the ban that changed.

1E1004 - Archcanon Garyn Adas started to regulate pilgrims, he didn't stop them from coming into the city but made sure to keep logs on who was who and how long they'll stay in the city. The construction of the hall of records was finished, it seen became the biggest known record hall in Resdayn in a matter of days.

2E100 - after over a thousand years of nothing interesting we recovered a journal from Falso Adas, an Ordinator who rose to the rank of captain in Necrom incredibly fast.

2E102 - House of Troubles cults become increasingly a problem in the south, mostly in Hlaalu, Ordinators from all over Resdayn were called for a holy war. Captain Falso Adas refused stating he and his men will never leave the honored dead unprotected.

2E102 - A month into the war the head of the Ordinators, Garvs Indaren began demanding that Falso give up his men, a near civil war among Indoril almost broke out until Almalexia stepped in. The Ordinators in Mourning were created on this day, they became the most honored faction in Indoril.

2E103 - The Ordinator in Mourning changed their armor to white bonemold with masks that have streams of tears.

[More will be written when our chroniclers are finished looking through the vast amounts of record books.]
