Can anyone suggest some good graphical mods?

I was looking for some great texture packs and ENB/lighting mods to make Fallout 3 look great! I'm just not sure which ones are the best?

The main texture mod to get is NMCs. Just get the smallest file size, as the Medium and Larger ones will clog up your video card memory. The smallest files are still larger than the stock ones and look just as good in game.

I don't use ENBs on this game, but I do use Fellout. Also, I use the mod that makes Fellout nights not as dark.

Try those two first, and then something like Project Beauty and a Type 3 Body/Armor/Clothing mod to take care of the NPCs.

With just those mods, the game looks pretty dang good.

Note, use a Mod Manager to install these, and make sure you toggle the Archive Invalidation after each texture mod is added.

Some I like to use...

http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/16935

http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=10607

http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=442

http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/8069/? + http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/16894/?

http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/18878/?

http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=14964

http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/18681

http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/18894/?

http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=7875

http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/18101/ - Install after NMC

http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=8260
http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=16703 - Install after NMC if you want a green Capital Wasteland

I can't recommend any ENB's either as I don't use them. I do use http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/16875/? to tweak some settings and add a subtle DOF.

Personally I prefer Wasteland Recovery, http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/15468/?. It adds some green to the Wasteland while still keeping that barren feel to it.
