When you say it requires RBP do you mean the extra cosmetic part too or just the mod itself?

Umm... I'm only aware of two RBP variations:
RBP Light
and the regular RBP

RBP Light doesn't have the cosmetics or the new races. Seeing as how the new races play a focal point in Integration I'm going to say..... no. To answer more clearly: The NPCs use both the new races and the new hairs/eyes. If you don't install the installation files most of the NPCS will be bald, pink, black, and missing body parts.
