Do you have an opinion when comparing these 2 mods? Is Clintmich's IC drastically better to risk installing both mods? As usual any responses are greatly appreciated!

I never heard of these mods before but out of curiosity I found it at nexus. This is from the author of the mod: *If you are using Bananasplit Better Cities, this mod WILL STILL WORK FOR YOU! Simply un-install and re-install Better Cities without the IC District additions, then install Clintmichs Beautiful IC District pack Plus as a replacer. You will NOT notice a drastic FPS reduction in the IC District like you do when using better cities. (I am a current user of Better Cities, and will continue to enjoy the AWESOME work the Bananasplit team put into their Amazing mod)

Edit: I suppose it's a matter of personal taste. I'm assuming you could miss out the quests that IC offers though not sure. BC Team should clarify on that one.
