Landscaping bug

Hey everyone,

I've been trying to edit (mostly flatten) terrain (just creating a basis to expand on) but I've run into a very annoying problem. One square of terrain was atleast a few feet below the rest when loading up Skyrim, so I edited it in the Construction set and loaded up Skyrim again; nothing changed, it was still a few feet below the rest.

Exited and reloaded the construction set a few times after that but adjusting the terrain has no effect in game (and when rebooting the CK it apparently had no effect on the .esp either), but only for that specific part of the isle. I can play with the terrain all I want, but when I want to flatten that bit it has no effect whatsoever; the CK shows shows the difference until I reboot.

Anyone? I'm completely lost..

Just to add upon what I previously said, it's one cell. Just one cell, nothing more nothing less.. very odd.

In game screeny, can't seem to tie the cells together; in terms of cell data there is nothing strange to be found.
