I have a minor issue with Sybille Stentors ankles being invisible. It might be an issue that affects some other NPC as well, but I have only seen it on her. According to http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1317727-invisible-legs-on-female-mage-npcs/ it is an issue with UNP replacers, but I can't find a fix for it. Any ideas on how to fix it?

If anyone else is bothered by this, the culprit is the mageapprentice boots in UNP Boot Pack 2.0. There doesn't seem to be a fix, so I simply removed those meshes.
