So foes dont get more health, you just do less

damage right?

]SO in that case if i wanted to level destruction, legendary is the most time consuming difficulty to do it on. God no wonder it took so long when i was playing on master before. Legendary is mind numbingly tedious.

Opps i forgot you level by base magica cost

Right now im dualcasting fireball on poor mammoth that somehow got trapped in witchmist grove, then i dual cast heal other. I feel terrible.

I've played guys right from Helgen to level 75 on Master.
Yes plenty time-consuming!
But instead of trying the new Legendary difficulty, I'm now roleplaying more...
I don't wear armor or carry a shield, and I'm trying not to use my bow so much (instead using Destruction).
But that one's tough - I'm very good with my bow. /tongue.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
I have kept it on Master difficulty though... which is plenty tough when RPing a Mage.

That's not true for destruction. The experience you get for magic is based on the base cost of the spell you're casting. Legendary actually makes leveling easier because the target doesn't die as fast. The problem seems to be that you're dual-casting; I'm not sure about the numbers but you seem to actually get less experience for dual-casting compared to casting one in each hand.
